Our Story
During Covid when everything was shutdown we noticed the stress impacts on our friends and separation felt when we could only attend classes virtually online. We saw how misinformation and lies distracted the adults in our lives that should have been able to give guidance argue one another.
During that period we lost our Aunt Eva and close friend of the family "Uncle Tony" whom were unvaccinated and died.
On top of that, our parents decided to get divorced and that was when we wondered if our friends community could do a better job supporting each other so we started TEEN TEAM

Teen Team's
mission is to support teens going through tough times in Wisconsin through enhancing resiliency in youth and fostering supportive communities.
We envision a movement where teens can talk freely & openly about their issues and mental health concerns. We see teams of friends aligned to help increase tolerance & love that reduces social stigmas, raises awareness & utilization of community resources, and, in short, Teen Teams do good helping
teens get the support they dearly need.
Purpose: By discussing any warning signs and symptoms of mental health issues together we can reduce stigmas and fear associated with getting help & allow fellow teens, families, peers, and pros to identify high-risk behavior before it is too late.
Future Imagined:
With a robust set of virtual and eLearning trainings, our teams will connect and reach thousands of teens in need. We will be the face of help in-person or online, remote, and in all hybrid environments.

Our Goal:

As a leader in teen outreach, Teen Teams will provide meaningful connection and the ability to offer resources to find help with coping skills, decision-making, and needed communication that helps overcome life's stressors.
